Oh God I LOVE Terry's chocolate orange. I do. I've got a weird aversion to the pairing of chocolate and mint [although I'm not averse to the odd after eight if there's nothing else and I'm starving] but chocolate and orange is something I can really get behind.
I can also get behind spending my entire day baking. This seemingly simple cupcake has 4 different cooking processes involved in its creation [cake baking, orange curd making, ganache melting, orange peel candying] so I think you'll forgive me for pointing out all of these different processes. One must get proper appreciation for one's efforts, after all.
