Looks purdy, doesn't it? You'd never guess that mere minutes after this photo was taken, DISASTER STRUCK. Intrigued? Follow me.
All going well so far. A bit naked, but so far so good. Why mille-feuille? Some might ask. Well I had my final exam today [for at least 2 weeks] and as I was sat there, I was pondering what I might make now that I'm free at last. Suuuuuure, maybe I should have been checking over my answers, but this is so much yummier.
Well now, look at that! Two layers built and still going strong. Little did I know that danger lurked just around the corner. Although mille-feuille means 'thousand layers' this actually has 729. I think. According to Wikipedia. Which is still pretty darn impressive.
Wait for it.....wait for it.....
KABOOM. Eh, still tasted good though.
Aha, that was so worth following you for. Sorry about the KABOOM. Heh, looked outstanding before hand though! :)
ReplyDeleteThank-you! I felt very indulgent, though not quite elegant, with cream all round my mouth after I ate it. Blueberries + mint = my new favourite summer combination.
